Hi, this group is for qualified hairdressers and whilst we’re happy to give styling advice on the Ask a Pro forum, it’s against site rules to give technical colour advice to a non pro.
Please make an appointment to see a good colourist as this is now a colour correction to remove the box dye and take you back to your original colour. If money is an issue, you could try your local hairdressing training centre (college or salon) as colour correction is covered by the more advanced classes and the charges are usually much cheaper, although you’d need to check when booking your appointment.
Adding any more colour at this stage will simply make it darker as the hair absorbs colour. If you try to correct it yourself using ordinary store bought products, there’s a high probability of it going orange.
Otherwise, just let it fade out gradually as it grows out. Reds tend to fade the fastest.
