Easiest way to curl?

I'm looking for rollers, Preferably sleep in ones so in the morning with the kids & rush I can just have a quick and easy way for curls, I currently blow dry but its hard work with two kids at your ankles at 6.30 am! I am looking to have a perm but yet to find a hairdresser that seems confident!:Love:
Any ideas or hints? my hairs long aswell!

Google "sleep in rollers" this comes up with loads!

The ones I have seen at boots are bright pink with a bag to keep them all in.
