CIBTAC have rolled out a new programme enabling the world's leading brands and equipment suppliers to authenticate their courses. CIBTAC's Endorsed Training Programme (ETP) is similar to their short course accreditations but will be aimed at training, product and equipment houses and innovative new treatments at the forefront of the industry.
Essentially, product houses and equipment suppliers can now take control of their training but ensuring it's fit for purpose, quality assured and meets rigorous requirements. As a result, the courses will be authenticated, recognised internationally and given an 'official' mark of achievement. Learners will be awarded an endorsed certificate and be able to gain insurance for their course and suppliers will be able to display the CIBTAC Endorsed Training Programme logo.
Julie Speed, Director of Operations at BABTAC and CIBTAC says, "CIBTAC's new endorsed training package looks set to bring substantial benefits for therapists, salons and employers who will recognise the CIBTAC seal of approval of top end supplier training. The providers of the programme will have undergone through quality assurance processes for teaching and learning and have developed a final assessment of the learners."
"This new initiative will in turn, increase the value of the provider's traditional and stand alone courses. I am also delighted that our core business partners will benefit from the extra marketing and exposure via our partnership with these leading brands."
