Hi everyone I'm looking for some advice. I applied cnd shellac on an elderly lady today who's nails were quite long but were curved down at the free edge. My question is, Should I have filed them right down or left them as I did? I'm querying it as they still didn't look great when I finished.

Did you ask your client if she was happy with the length & shape of her nails? If you thought they were a little too long, you could of suggested this to her to have the length taken down a little & then refined the shape.
