I've just recieved my Ellisons delivery and have somehow ended up with 4 of the same lecente glitters!! To return them it says on there website a £5 handling or 10% charge will be added which ever is greater, and £12.99 for the parcel to be returned!

Surely if it's there error there should be no charge??

If it was your mistake (ive done it myself with loads of one item in my basket-doh!) then selling them on might be a better way.

Theres some great FB selling groups so you know its going to a trained proffessional xx

Hi
If what has arrived is different to what's stated on the order form then just phone them up to notify them of the error.
I've never paid anything when sent something incorrect or faulty.
It's important to notify then asap. Sometimes if the items are of low value they tell you to just keep it and then they send out the correct items.

Thank you I should think it was my mistake as I've been charged for it. Do you know what the pages are called please for professionals? Xx

I know its easy to select too many items by mistake when completing an online order but I'm a bit confused as to why you assume it's your mistake just because they've charged you?

Just check your original order confirmation email with the despatch docket to ensure they match up. Lots of stores make errors when packing orders so you should always check any deliveries very carefully.

I wouldn't always assume it's your fault with ellisons! I've had issues with deliveries before where things are wrong or haven't been sent at all yet they have still charged me for them x
