I use ET products and have done for quite a few years - dissapointing feedback about customer services, which I will also pass on to them as constructive feedback is always good - however my dealings have always been good with ET - I love the products so do my clients, its really affordable (cheap implies poor quality - which it definately is not) - many bigger (more expensive) names are now sold online and via TV direct - and stores including decleor and elemis - for much lower cost to our clients than we can sell for - so whats the incentive for the client to buy from us professionals - you consult - give them advice and they buy elsewhere....I recently joined the Eve Taylor facebook group - as it has a lot of TV and press items which you may find useful - so they are starting to get the name "out their" in the gossip glams more and more - suggest you visit them on their stand at the trade shows and take a closer look and meet the staff yourself...then decide if its right for you

I cant make it to the show next month unfortunatly, so wont be able to look at the ET products, I was thinking of ringing them about more facail samples but was put off by the bad customer service, maybe your email will sort them out lol.

Well,try calling them and asking for some facial samples and oil samples,if they dont send you any pm me and I will send you some samples.HTH:hug:

Tell them you're from Salon Geek they may have taken on board what has been said.I sent them a link in my email to this thread and as you can see from their email it is being circulated around Eve Taylor's staff.

Well I cant disagree more!!! I have been more than happy with the advise and support from Eve Taylor... when ever I have called or emailed I have got a reponse straight away.. if head office cannot assist I have been called by their lead educator Marie and she will spend lengths of time explianing treatment or product queries and never makes me feel as though I am a pest or she is in a hurry to get off of the phone! I have even been called by one of the directors Chris Taylor who has helped me on ideas and supported my salon with marketing. The products are sent swiftly and yes, they are a small company and not "well known" but that is because they have always been in the sidelines od Dermalogica for eons.. they make the additives for Dermalogica so the quality of their products are exceptional and they are not "cheap" but affordable... not because they skimp on quality of ingredients but because they manufacture and package in house and not outside influences that ramp costs up so the costs can be kept low making it great for new business to have a chance of success instead of a great milestone of an opening order around their neck!

Mookie I note that every single post you have replied to is Eve Taylor related,You also seem very clued up on the range,dates of events,products etc...very very clued up:rolleyes: Perhaps inside information Hmmm???

Now please dont take this personally but I have read all of your posts and every single one is Eve Taylor related,all very helpful though I must say :hug: but this has led me to ask who exactly you are,ie are you working for Eve Taylor?You seem to know an awful lot of inside info.
