Hi all I'm doing a few events this year promoting business etc and I'm going to be offering a few hair and nail treatments and glitter tattoos .my question is would you get a small disclaimer to have signed on the day with the basics on so they are then on your mailing list and you have record of allergies etc. For glitter tattoos and nails on children would you just get form signed to say no allergies and that parents give permission to have done. Sounds a good idea in principle especially to collate a mailing list for later use.

Might be a good idea to also speak to your insurance company and ask for their advice on the matter. Not much point devising a detailed disclaimer type form if your insurance company will just ignore it anyway.

Thanks for your reply yes that's my thoughts will then hopefully get them back as a full paying client .will contact insurance and see what they say.
