what is the favourable method for extension application causing least damage to own hair .

I am only familiar with the braid and LA weave .

Braid I find horrendous . LA weave much better but goes very baggy very quick . I have just come across nano's & tape but don't know much about them . Anyone here know what there like ?

Thanks

Nanos are a pain I am trained in them but don't really offer them much because you need them all rotated (basically taken out and replaced on a new strand of hair to avoid hair breakage) every 4-8 weeks as you use such small strands of hair to get them through the nano bead.

Bonds are okay but I find the removal process can be quite harsh on already delicate / thin hair (removed with acetone) so wouldn't choose to have that method every single time.

Sew in weave is horrible. La weave I think is really good for not damaging the hair but I prefer more of a free flowing method.

So my favourite is micro beads or tiny tips :) easy to maintane, no damage easy removal process, re-usable, and because micro beads are silicone lined it's like a cushion on the hair which can prevents damage.

But obviously all hair extensions can cause damage if applied incorrectly, not maintained or removed wrong

Thank you for a really informative account . Much appreciated

MIAMI WEAVE is another option. No micro rings just invisible track. Hope this helps.

Micro rings are my favourite, I just find them to be so much more secure and reliable than any other method. I tried nano rings and I think that some people love them, but I just couldnt get used to the tiny amount of hair that goes into the ring!
