Hi,

I got my hair cut very short and am now in the process of growing it out. At the moment it is a kind of bob. I just wondered if it would be possible to get etensions when my hair is this short without it looking like a mullet?

Hello
It may be possible to have Hair Extensions without it looking like a mullet.. First of all how short is your hair right now? This is the most important question. If your hair is just long enough for Hair Extensions then the next thing is to advise that you do not have the Extensions too long and always make sure that the Hair Extension Techy that does your hair will be applying enough extensions for it to cover up the short bits at the back. You would almost certainly need a full head of Exts to make it look natural and help it all blend in nicely.

Hope this helps x

If you have a blunt haircut like a bob you can have hair extensions but it is harder. If you are not afraid of cutting into your own hair, it can be slightly thinned out in the back to blend better where your hair meets the extensions. You can't really go longer than 16 inch until it grows out so it looks natural. Also I would recommend a method like fusion bonded hair extensions as these are the least detectable and you can go higher up on the scalp to make it blend better. You need a really full head of extensions so the ends don't look thin and wispy! It needs to be razor cut and cut in layers to make it blend as well. Hope this helps!
Hugs.
