Extensions

Hi I'm a nail biter and was thinking of having some nail extensions, I am a bit wary of acrylics as I understand that they ruin your natural nails. I've heard of biosculpture and fibreglass, are these better for your nails? Can someone please recommend extensions that are healthy for your natural nail?!

Any nail system which is applied and removed correctly will not be harmful to your natural nails.

I would however recommend that you select a qualified nail professional to apply extensions or overlays for you, as opposed to attending a non-standard salon.
