Extreme Powder Glaze Help

Hi peeps, pleeeeaaaaaassssssseeeee help me, i practiced my Extreme Powder Glaze last night and found that no matter what i did i could see very clear bubbles on the finished nail, can anyone tell me why and where i am going wrong thanks x x x
