Hi Geeks.

Bit of advice please...

I share salon space with another girl, we both rent a floor above a hairdressers. We share bills, recptionist, advertising, waiting area etc but essentially run our own businesses. We do more or less the same treatments and have our own clients (although we help eachother out)

She already has a 'salon' facebook page but its not regulary updated.
I want an FB page, I want to use it properly, generate some real business on there, daily beauty tip etc but I have a feeling that if I do this it 'just wouldnt be cricket' if you know what I mean.

Would it be unfair if I had one also,we dont act as competition to each other.

She already uses our company name so I'd have to be Gina@.... or something like that.

Next question: What do you put on your fb page, Ive no idea where to start?

Thanks for your patience with my waffling and thank you for your resonse in advance.

Gx

Hi G,
I think you should definately set up a facebook page its great at getting your salon out there plus if your partner isnt using it to her advantage thats not your problem speaking as someone who has a salon and a business partner we have always agreed so long as it doesn't cost you anything we just go ahead and try it without having to consult the other all the time
