Hi, My client wants to go back to natural colour 7/8. She has a faded blue on bleach. Would you pre pig with an orange? I don't want the finished result to be to warm/ coppery. I was thinking maybe a peach/ coral?

How faded is it? Can you remove the blue any more?
When covering over old colour, your best bet is to do a strand test to see how well it covers.

Assuming for instance that the blue is a direct dye and you’re using a Demi oxidising colour to re-colour, the molecules in the direct dye sit outside the cuticle layer whereas some of the pigment in the demi colour will be inside the cuticle layer, so won’t actually cover the blue, if you see what I mean.

It's very faded, a pale baby blue. I really don't think you could remove anymore. She doesn't mind it being a bit ashy. What do you recommend?
