False nail query

Hello. Forgive me for joining here but I am getting mixed results to my question and thought this looked like a good place to try.
Firstly, is it possible to construct a false nail where a nail has been completely removed?
Also is there such a thing as a nail implant?
If there is, does anyone know the cost involved and how long it would last?

A good nail tech will be able to sculpt you a nail. And no, I've never heard of a nail implant.
