Hi everybody 
I recently purchased a steampod for home-use.
I have some questions because I am not sure it is in perfect condition.
---First, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes before my steampod cools down after use. The plate from which the steam is oozing out is scalding hot, even the top plastic part of it !
---When I bring the plates together, the steam is not coming out. The steam is only coming out when I put my hair in between the plates. On youtube demos, the steam was coming out with or without a hair strand as long as the plates were brought together.
---The water tank is not sealed. The top lead closes loosely and water often spills. I heard of women making the water tank adhere vertically to their bathroom mirror but if I were to do this, the whole content of water would spill out.
Help ! Is my steampod okay or is it faulty ?
