Hi. I went mobile a few months back and i have joined up. Also have an account with Affinage and Wella. Have you joined yet? You will recieve a pack when you do and you can apply for an account then.

Oh i see, yeah i signed up a couple of days ago, when do you recieve this pack? i spoke to the hq on the phone about the insurance and finishing my application and the only thing she said she was going to send me was the details of my insurance policy, she said nothing about a pack :/
