Fiberglass nails query

After I do the steps for fiberglass nails and they have set can I use acrylic to fill in and over lay on top,

Silk/fibreglass are the softest products available so putting a much stronger product over the top will not work well. The original product will be too weak to support the new layers so you'll end up with breakages, possibly peeling and an unstable enhancement.
