Hi all, can you use normal 40 vol peroxide with freelights ? I've just tested some hair with the 9% but it hasn't lifted much at all.

As far as I’m aware you can , although I still don’t think it gives great lift unless the hair is light naturally x
 
You need to use Freelights developer- otherwise I would just use normal bleach

Yea sorry I read it wrong I’ve only ever used the actual freelights 40 vol developer xx
