Hi guys, looking for some feedback. I have a client who has white hair from bleaching and toning. Due to upkeep we have decided to go darker . The first picture is what she is and the second is what I want to achieve. I think I should do a reverse balyage using 8.38 for the dark root colour? What is your opinion?

I would say 8/38 is too warm. I would look at colour touch 7/89 or something like illumina 7/81+8/69 for root blend.
