Hi everyone, just looking for some advice... I’m considering building a salon in my garden and renting it out to my hairdresser friend! Does anyone know what fees I would have to pay from the income? I’m completely new to all this! Thankyou xx

I'm very confused what you mean. Do you mean build a place on your property, create a business and hire your friend to work there? With fees do you mean wage or things like business insurance etc?

Hi, so yeah I mean build a salon in the garden and then my friend would pay ‘rent’ to use it as she already has a large client base... and I’m not sure if there’s any rules or regulations in the respect of renting out an outbuilding on your own property? Any advice would be great! Thankyou xx
