Gel Bottle Inc. advice?

I ordered 6 bottles 10 days ago from gel bottle inc paid through PayPal, then received a phone call saying I wasn't charged correctly and need to pay an extra £15, the person wasn't very polite and I said I'd look into it and if they send me an invoice via PayPal then I would consider paying, but he wanting me to pay over the phone. I haven't received my order and emails are being ignored. What should I do, I wanted to try this product after seeing the reviews but now I'm a little unsure.

Obviously I don't know the ins and outs of your order etc but there is a man called Steve that works with TGB. They're better on the phone than email responses x
 
It sounds dodgy to me. PayPal will refund you though if you ask.

I would reach out to Caroline, or Julia (can both be found on FB as Caroline GelBottle / Julia GelBottle) they are both in their FB group and Julia is very responsive. Alternatively reach out to Daisy directly. I know they have been having some teething problems with stock due to the bottles and what not, but have been working hard to sort everything out - not that that's excuse but they are a small newish company and hadnt anticipated the sheer volume of orders they have had coming through.

I've ordered from the Gel Bottle twice but the delivery is so slow (3 weeks) that I cancelled my last order and was promised a refund. No refund and now ignoring my emails, they maybe relatively new but thats no reason to be unprofessional. I've now switched to Light Elegance UK whose products are excellent, staff very friendly and prices reasonable. Delivery is only 24/48 hours and are for professionals only as they require proof of qualifications.
 
Hmmm . This phone call is a little worrying to me . I hope you did not give out any bank details over the phone did you ?

I would check your Paypal account for activity and instead of e mails I would telephone the gel bottle direct

This has happened to me as well, it's taken 2 weeks to let me know of this! I'm getting charged delivery and also vat added to the delivery
