Gel nail polish lifting

Hi I’m using the cuccio gel
Polish system and 2 of my clients have advised me that 2 if there nails have lifted one has lost a complete gel cover. I’m buffing the nail prep cuticle, using base coat then 2/3 gel colour and a top coat. As far as I can see I’m capping the nail off.
Anyone see where I’m going wrong?

Are you using their prep and fuse?
You need prep on every client and fuse can be used around the edge of the natural nail to help with adhesion on those clients that suffer with lifting.
Also, are you using a cuticle remover and thoroughly removing the cuticle before removing any trace of the cuticle remover?
