Hi everybody! I am currently a student enrolled in cosmetology school and I absolutely LOVE doing gel enhancements. I have spent a lot of time perfecting my technique and Im quite satisfied with my work thus far. The only thing Im worried about now is my timing! My school books a maximum of 3 hours for gel enhancements when we service clients during school hours. I along with my instructors are usually satisfied with my work, but I find it still takes me the full 3 hours to complete a set when I know that in an actual salon its supposed to be 1 hour- 1 hour and a half maximum! Does anybody have any tips on how to start quickening my time without cutting corners on the final result? If more experienced nail techs could tell me how long each step takes for them (prep, tip application, etc.) so I can have some sort of guideline to go by that would be awesome! Or even just any tips or tricks any of you have picked up along the way! Thank you all
