Gel polish on top of gel polish

hi guys,
Had a client that couldn't decide if she wanted glitter on her gel polish. She decided against however she's came back and asked if I can apply glitter now. Would I just be able to apply the glitter gel polish and then a gel top coat to seal it again, or will the effect the gel underneath?

Buff with a file slightly so they aren't shiny and then clean off with Alcohol. Then paint with the glitter and then topcoat.
They may be a bit thick but it can be done.
