Wondering if anyone can help

I have been reading a lot of recommendations for protein bond, so I am looking into trying that, have also read about cuccio fuse too

Can anyone recommend a great bonder/primer please for client with chipping issues?

I currently use Ink London and have tried both prime time and 007, for the majority these work excellent but a few clients I need somthing more to prevent chips.

AND how do you find it? Does it dry or remain tacky on the nail before apply base coat?

It works well. I use it on nearly all my clients including myself. It drys before I apply the base coat.

I have both the fuse and protein bond.. You get more product however in the fuse bottle plus it has a better price point. I'd say try both. I prefer fuse
