Hi!
So one of my ladies who I visited has asked me to come and remove all her gel polish as it peeled on her thumb so she pulled it off.
She doesn't want any more gel just removal of old gel.
I usually charge £5 to remove gel before any appointment, but I'm not really sure how to approach a mobile job that's removal only?
Seems a bit of a waste of time to drive all the way there for just a fiver? What would you guys do?xx

I would set a minimum spend for future reference. Say mobile services are a minimum of £15 or something x

We charge 5.00 if removing gel prior to a new set of overlays.
We charge 20.00 to remove gel, tidy cuticles, cut and file nails and apply solar oil.

I would also say a min spend of 15-20 if mobile. It usually persuades people to book something else or they'll pay min if they really want it :)

I think I'd be too busy to fit her in! :p
The minimum spend sounds like a good idea though, she must know it's not your worth going out there for a fiver!

Until recently I only did mobile service, now I am working from home with mobile on Sundays. I have always had a £15 minimum charge.
