Gelish LED not working

Please can someone give me some help. I can send my Gelish lamp back but some of the lights are not turning on. Any clues.

Best thing to do would be to contact nail harmony directly tomorrow. I’m sure they will be able to offer more help than us. x

I have. I’m in South Africa and have just bought it from there and used it once. I can’t get it back to them to have it replaced. I literally want to cry. Waiting for them to get back to me though.
