Gelish nails not hardening

Hello all,

So I am new to the "at home" nail lamp/geling my nails.
My nails are not curing or hardening.

I use certified gelish product. I use the cleanser, Ph bond and foundation. -Pretty much everything I have learned to make it work-. Still will not harden.

My lamp is a Royal Nails 54 Watt. All the bulbs are working and so is the fan.

Could it be the machine or is it most likely user error? Something I am doing wrong? If it could be the machine, what should I be looking for *defect* wise?

There are many reasons they could not be "hardening" but your profile says you aren't a nail pro so unfortunately I can't help you. It's the rules of the site.

This is a salon professionals site, therefore the only and best advice we can give you is to go and get some training. Even if you are only wanting to do your own nails, getting the right training and understanding your products is in your best interests.

Uncured product is the leading cause of allergic reactions, so you do need to be careful. If you are sure your Gelish isn't counterfeit and you bought it from an authorised source then the problem has to be your lamp.
Proper training and dealing with an authorised distributor who will give you support with any technical issues is the best way forward for you.
