Hi there! 18 year nail veteran here. This is my first post. I've searched through the forum and can't find a good answer. We've recently starting using the Polygel system, but every single person we (myself and all our other techs) have put it on have had terrible results. Lifting off completly, cracking, chipping, peeling. I have followed the prep instructions to the letter, and nothing is helping. I have applied it as a sculpted nail, and overlay. There are no classes available in my area. We're ready to give up. HELP! What are we doing wrong?

Using too much slip solution can cause all the above issues that you've mentioned. The brush needs to just be slightly damp not wet if that makes sense. x

Definitely sounds like to much slip solution. You Should dip the brush, wipe twice on side of dapper dish and backdrain on a paper towel
