Gelish structure gel ?

Hi please can other Gelish users tell me if you need to dry wipe the Gelish structure gel Before you add colour ( after foundation) and on top of colour ( before tio)

Thank you x I don't really use Gelish structure gel, I am a big fan of IBX . But a lot of my clients want instant strength . Xx

Should have added I only dry wipe structure when I use it under colour! Just re-read. I just find the colour coats apply better & the colour doesn't shrink. x
