Gelish UV or LED?

I have had Gelish nails done a couple of times. After being an avid user of gels for years I prefer Gelish. I have a friend who does her own very succesfully and am looking to do the same but would like to know whether you would recommend UV or LED light?

I have both and use both and find no difference with the cure, longevity etc.
It is the 4 finger cure LED I have which is a bit of a pain doing the thumb seperately. So when doing my own nails I tend to use my UV lamp.
I would think the cost of the 5 finger LED lamp would be prohibitive if you only want it in order to do your own nails.

Ok thanks! I cant seem to find any advice on output etc is that only written on bottles etc or would you recommend a website? i know you can get loads of cheap ones on ebay but do i need an expensive one?!?! Is there actually any difference?

It has to be a 36 watt lamp.
I use the CND UV lamp, which cures Gelish perfectly but also gives me the option to try Shellac in the future. It is a great lamp xx
