i hope someone can help me
I coloured my clients hair today
Her hair was previously bleached prior to this appointment
I used matrix 8nw + 10nw half and half to get a base level 9 and randomly bleach foils through. she is naturally a level 7
Hair is ginger on roots and green on ends. She ran out of time at today's appointment so I told her to give a few washes and the green may fade but I am so stuck what to do next.. can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

Was it 10 on mids and ends with 7 on roots originally?
What were you trying to achieve?

Yes it was 7 on roots and 10 on ends, we wanted a level 9

You’d have to lighten the roots with one mix and tone the mids & ends with a different mix to get an even looking colour.

I’m puzzled why you mixed an 8 and a 10 together instead of just using a level 9 tint and why you would bleach the mids and ends?
Am I missing some more details here?

We didn't have a level 9 in this colour so that's why I mixed a 10 & 8 to get a level nine
She was lighter on mids and ends as her previously appointment we had highlighted her hair

So you lifted the roots so the went warm and your ends were flat because they weren’t warm enough.

Why did she want a base 9 with bleach Highlights what look did she want?

Just want to point out that we might seem to ask lots of probing questions but we don't have your client sat in front of us so you have to include lots of detail in your OP.
This will help us to help you to resolve the problem and save wasting your time with pointless suggestions based on incorrect info. and guessing on our part.

You originally said her hair was previously bleached so I guessed you meant all over to a level 10. Therefore, that's why I wondered why you needed to re-bleach it?
Does that make sense now?

The ginger is presumably the result of the colour you applied (neutral/warm blonde onto a level 7).
Green is caused when you mix blue and yellow.
(Usually it means that you've used a blue based ash to neutralise yellow tones instead of a violet based tint or you've put a darker yellow based tint onto bleached hair without pre-pigging.)

The tint you've mixed sounds quite a warm colour. Is that what she wanted?
