Hi just wondered if anyone has ordered the pure range nano.tip hair and found the hair snaps away from the tip??
My client has worn the hair for 2.5 months and lost 50% to breakage
GL are refusing a refund or exchange as say despite us both following instructions for care the hair has passed quality checks and therefore is a fault of the user.
The client is looking to seek legal.action against them and I would be grateful.for anyone else's feedback on the hair
