Glitter nails bendy

Hi ladies

One of my clients asked for glitter on all her nails . I base coated , CND shellac colour then levente glitter , and finished with top coat . They liked great when she left however on holiday she did mention that they did feel bendy , can anyone think to why this would be ?

Could be that it isn't anything to do with your product or application and perhaps more that she is on holiday - perhaps swimming a lot?

Thanks for your reply , I think application was correct as base coated , then 1 colour coat , applied lecente to tacky layer of colour then applied too coat , would you suggest anything else ? They looked great when done but she did say they felt bendy in holiday not hard ... X

Meant top coat not too coat silly predict a text , I don't think she was in the water a lot x

I still do two colour coats under glitter.
Also, I always double top coat glitter and any nail art. It encapsulates it in and when the top coat gets bashed around, their art doesn't wear off
