Glitter tips with Gel

Hi all

Can anyone tell me how to do glitter tips with gel (what ratio etc) or just generally how you all do it.

Got some lovely white sparkly glitter and some pinky/red and got an idea of something for XMAS.

personally I just add the glitter dust to the gel and apply as you would normally.

Yep i do the same you can buy pre mixed glitter gels but i prefer to mix my own happy mixing

I've been looking into this as well as I've been very impressd with the glitter nails that I've been seein just lately. Where do you all get your glitter? I've been looking in craft shops and pound shops to no avail. Can't seem to find anything!! I'm after the really fine stuff as I take it thats better?

I've used the glitter that you get through nail art supplies, and mix it. Although I've just got some of the new LCN glitter gels which are fab, and premixed. I think they do sell glitter that you can mix yourself, but don't know what colours they do.

I do keep a seperate gel brush for them though so I don't get glitter mixed into my other pots.
