Going from a level 4 to level 7, help

Hi ☺ I have a client who is level 7 naturally. Their hair is currently a level 4 and they want to go to a level 7 all over.

My plan is to bleach up the hair not touching the regrowth. Then go in and apply the level 7 w/ 10 vol from roots to ends

Would this be the right thing to do or what else could I do. .?

Personally, I would bleach the level 4 hair on a low volume like 5 vol to get it to a 7/8 and colour the regrowth first and then follow with the bleached midshafts to ends after 10 mins or so. Which level 7 are you wanting to use?

Match it with swatches... it’s difficult to tell, there are are some really light pieces in there too.. xx
