hiya, one of my clients (im mobile) has had a chat with the stylist that cuts her husbands hair. she went from ombre to copper just before xmas and wants to go back blonde.

hes told her that goldwell silklift can lift upto 5 shades with no bleach.

this has confused me. from what i can gather online it is a bleach lightning system.

can someone correct me if im wrong? or maybe is there another product in the goldwell line that does what hes talking about but has given her the incorrect name.

tia.

Grr. Of course it’s a bleach.
Sounds like he should stick to barbering instead of trying to entice your client by telling outright fibs.
What does he think it contains, unicorn breath?

It’s like saying a highlift is less damaging than bleach.
Utter nonsense because for one thing, you don’t need to use 40 vol with bleach! o_O

Maybe you can use this as an opportunity to educate your client and find some info online via Goldwell education to show her.
