I work within a salon which is classed as a 5 star salon from the The Good Salon Guide. Personally, I think it's a waste of time and money. We haven't even had a visit for over a year. And all they do is come into the salon, look around ask the owner a few questions then go. We get a certificate to say we're a 5 star salon. Rubbish!
