Grandma's nails keep popping off!

So, my grandmother has me do her nails, filling them about every two weeks, but it seems like every time I do she calls me back in a day or two to tell me that one or two of her nails has popped off. I can't understand how everyone else's nails, including my own, stay on and hers don't. I don't think she picks, but I don't know what else to think. Could it be just because of her age and the fact that she's been wearing acrylics almost all her life? Is there anything that I can do to prevent this from happening? Anything that i can use tomake them last longer? Help!:Scared:
