Grey hair

Hi! I’ve been doing my hair with 7.0 and 7.1 for years but I now have greys right in my parting (how annoying) therefore it just doesn’t cover the greys properly with it being an ash colour , a rep told me to use 77.0 +7.3+7.1 but I have since read that you shouldn’t mix anything with the double bases apart from mix tones ?
I do my hair ash as the rest of my hair has a lot of red undertones , any opinions?? X

Hi I would say 77/0 and /81 mixtone or /11
But only if you are lifting 1 shade staying on the same or going shade darker
30g tint +2g mix on a level 7
