Hello, I've dyed my hair since the age of 16 (I'm 22 now)
My natural hair colour was beautifully unique auburn/ginger hair.. but dyed it due to bullying. Now I'm older and don't care about my hair.. I really wanna grow my natural hair back but the colour I dye it is so different to my natural hair it's unbearable at times... what tips do you hairdressers have to help me grow it out without looking strange. Besides cutting it really short =/. TIA x

Maybe ask your hairdresser to colour it a colour very close to your natural ?

Ask your hairdresser to put some highlights in that are close to your natural colour so that you don't have an obvious regrowth line.
