Hi Guys.

Dont know if anyone can help. My boss is training all the girls up on this treatment this week. She said I cant do the training because I havent done my level 3 nvq. I was just wondering if thats true?
Only because she has trained me in acrylic and gel nails and I havent done my level 3 for that. Was just abit sceptical whether shes being fair or not.

Electrical facials need level 3 qualifications to get insured. Nails are a few days training for insurance purposes and do not require level 3 NVQ first.

Guinot won't allow anyone that doesn't have NVQ3 or equivalent to do Hydradermie, they will allow you to do the manual facials I think.
