And don't forget about the ones who have been coming to the salon for years and think they own the place! "Don't worry about making me a coffee, I know where the kitchen is!" or "I can see you're a bit busy, I'll sweep the floor for you." But in a super patronising way so you feel guilty for not paying them enough attention!
