Hair advice please!

I'm hoping someone can give me some direction, I went to a hairdressers yesterday and had the colour removed from my hair and a lighter brown with highlights put in, we'll I am now copper all over (which I hate) if I put an ash brown on would that remove some of the harsh red/orange tone? I just want it to look less bright until my hair has a chance to recover a bit before I go back to a different hairdressers.

You should go back for them to put it right!! Using a home colour will just damage your hair even more!! I no how you feel though it's horrid when you don't get what you asked for!! Xxx

Please go back they should sort it for you and if not go to the best salon in your area and ask for help please don't use a home kit more trouble than they're worth hth x
