It's site rules, we can not advise on OTC products, nor can we advise non pros on professional products.

As for not replying if we can't help, would you rather be ignored? For then, as we often get, another post simply saying...
??????..... then to be told what you don't want to hear anyway we can't win

Really it was a simple question and as I have seen others answer to people who are not hairdressers there is no need to give the we can't win it's not about that it was a general question on a colour gosh

The other geeks are right in what they say to you - there are rules and while these are sometimes broken (i.e. you say you have seen other people answering questions to non hair pros) we, as moderators, do tend to stop it happening when we see it.
