Hair cut or perm??

Hi I would like to get my hair done like the girl in the picture. I tried to post an attachment with the hair style I like. If it doesn't come up here's the link Product Detail | H&M SE

My hair is very thick and sort of straight. Is this a perm or hair cut? What should I ask for?

I want my hair to curl with just some gel and not have to do so much with it.

To me it seems to be a cut. You could try braiding sections to create that wavy look.

Ok. I think I'm going to ask a hairdressor if they can cut my hair like that.

its her natural hair with some products in it, possibly a heat tool used. if your hair is poker straight, the best way to get curls is heated rollers. Hope this helps x
