I am a skin geek but really need help.

My mum had her hair dyed yesterday, she used a prelightener a week ago as she had a light brown colour then the hairdresser came to do the colour. She used the lightest blonde that she had, which previously has been fine, but this time it has gone really patchy, mostly ginger, even has a greenish tinge at certain points. I cannot attach the photos, but not even her white hair took the dye at the roots & sides. If you need the photos I will email.

Any advice would be appreciated as the hairdresser has said there is nothing she can do & doesnt recommend bleaching as apparently it will go even more orange.

Thank you :) x

We arent really allowed to advise on consumer queries hun,but what i would say is that your mum should go to a salon asap and ask for a consultation and get some advise regarding condition as colour strippers and then hi lift blonde isnt a great combination so probably why the hairdresser doesnt want to use anything else.

Hope she gets it sorted x
