Hi guys,

Is it common for hair colour to be bad from the second its opened?

Applied it and got little to no result, tried again with a new bottle of developer but still the same.

I knew something was wrong early on because from using it before (8/81) I know that it works fast.

Can I contact Wella to complain or what do I do?

Thanks for reading :)

are you a hairdresser yourself? was it on a clients hair or your own? and what was the base of the hair you were working on? x

I'm a hairdressing trainee at the mo.

Clients hair was a level 6 and bleached up to a 9.

mmmmmmm sounds odd,a 6 isint ridiculously dark so a 8 should have lifted it,try doing tests with a lighter shade, that might be your answer xx
