Hair extension Colour help please xx

Hi!
I'm quite new to this but my dilemma is I have a client with hair extensions previously she has had base 5 with light blonde through she is wanting to tone the blonde down to about a 7.3 now but has Only recently had the extensions applied so I was wondering what would be the best way to tone down the extensions which are currently #613 to a shade around 7/7.3 as I have never done this before and have done 1 as a test strand and it has gone a grey colour any help would b great!

Personally I wouldn't touch the hair, if you didn't fit it and don't know the hair it's not worth the risk. You dont want to colour it and it go darker and her blame you for ruining her extensions.
