Hi there im after some advice and help. I live in Newcastle and im a trained beautician and im interested in hair extensions. The thing i need to know is do you have to have a qualification in hairdressing to go on a extension course. Any course names or numbers would be great thanks sarah. :)

If you do a search on here you will loads of threads about hair extension trainers and companies who train read through them as there is lots of interesting and useful information on it that will help yo reach a decision

hello im doing the belle training in glasgow on the 31 of this month it looks really good and they do 2 methods someone else said to me on here they went on the course and it was good xx

Also check out Lush-Us Uk. They do excellent training and can come to you. I train for them but at the other end of the country. Lol. I do travel but not that far.
Look at their website.

My hairdresser offered to do mine for cost of the hair, which would have been around $300. Weave not glue. but I was worried about how my fine, thin hair would handle the extra weight. Have been warned by friends who have had extensions that it did damage their hair to an extent, and took their hair a little time to recover after they were removed. Would love to get it done simply because my hair doesn't grow very long, but at the same time, the maintenance could get a bit much for me, since I don't do much at all to my hair really normally being that it's so naturally straight.
